Privacy Policy

Last updated July 3, 2026. This policy explains what Dentist Seeker collects, why, and how you can control it.

What we collect

When you browse Dentist Seeker, our servers automatically log your IP address, request URL, and browser user-agent string for security and abuse-prevention. If you email us, we receive the information you choose to include in your message. We do not ask for and do not want Social Security numbers, dates of birth, or insurance ID numbers.

Cookies

Dentist Seeker does not set any cookies of its own. If our pages display advertising, the ad provider may set its own cookies; you can opt out at optout.aboutads.info.

How we use your messages

If you email us, your information is used only to reply to you. We do not sell your information, and we do not share your contact details with clinics or anyone else.

HIPAA notice

Dentist Seeker is a directory and a consumer-information site, not a covered entity under HIPAA. The clinics listed on our site are covered entities and operate under HIPAA. Anything you send us by email is not a substitute for medical communication with your provider.

Children's privacy

Dentist Seeker is intended for adult parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have, contact us at privacy@dentistseeker.com and we will delete it.

Your rights

If you are a California, Colorado, Virginia, or other state-privacy-law resident, you may request a copy of any personal information we have about you, request that we correct it, or request that we delete it. Email privacy@dentistseeker.com with the request and we'll respond within the time required by your state's law (typically 30–45 days).
